Frequently Asked Questions

What do you mean by "magnificent?"

The word "magnificent" is a powerful word, and according to the Webster's dictionary, it means, "exceptionally fine, impressive to the mind and spirit." "Impressive" meaning to leave a lasting mark or impression, to influence." Thus, magnificent is that which is exceptional and leaves a lasting impression on the mind and spirit. I believe each one of us is born to step into this definition. It is your birthright to have a magnificent life and to step into the fullest definition or expression of yourself. And, there's no finer time than the present.

I was told that you wrote an incredible song that goes to the core of who we are, that exposes the lies we carry about ourselves, and really supports greater feelings of self-worth. Where is this song on your website?

You are referring to "The Magnificent You" and you can access it by signing up for "The Songletter" on the right-hand side of the home page. This song will be the first one that you receive. You will receive other songs that I wrote as well. The Songletter will also bring you reports and tips for living your best life possible, as well as announcements of upcoming classes, interviews and teleseminars.

Do you do individual sessions by phone?

I do one-to-one coaching and consulting sessions by telephone for $75 an hour. These appointments are coaching and/or hypnosis sessions to help you to strategize and to give you additional tools for living your best life. Although I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Arizona, I do not do psychotherapy by phone.

How can I get the help I need to turn my life around by joining a group teleclass?

There are benefits in attending a live event versus a teleclass, even when it is live. You are able to see people, attend to body language, and experience the warmth of interaction that happens in these settings. The benefits of attending a teleclass are that you can still be present, still feel part of a group or community, yet still maintain some anonymity, as you are not seen by others. You can participate in the comfort of your home, in your pajamas, with your hair askew, and no gasoline used to get you someplace.

Of course, there are more advantages and disadvantages to both types of classes, but the important thing is that a teleclass is a genuine class. If you attend with the intent to learn with an open heart and mind, you will gain valuable tools and insights to further your growth and potential. As with any class, you may have expectations, and it is important to know that each class and every teacher is different. Your presence, when you are being heard by the others, or when you are silent, is still important and helps to create the group energy and impacts each participant.

Change only happens when you make a decision to change. In my classes, I will give you the tools you need to live a magnificent life. And, I will make these tools easy to use, and fun.

I want to know how to get CDs of your music. I like listening to the music in the Songletters but I'd like to take them along with me too.  How do I buy them?

Some of the songs on the Songletter come from my book and album, "The Winds of Change." The CD is not sold separately; you can purchase the book and CD on the website. Each song illustrates the principles in the book.

Other songs are on the new CD, "Catch the Breeze" and can be purchased from the books and CDs page.

My older book, "The Joy of Grief" also has 5 songs on a CD that come with that book.

I'd like to feature your music on my website. How can I do this?
